التطوير المهني المستمر وأثره على جودة التدقيق الخاجي في ظل المعيار الدولي للتعليم المحاسبي رقم 7 من وجهة نظر مدققي الحسابات

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التطوير المهني المستمر للمحاسبين والمراجعين في الجزائر على جودة التدقيق الخارجي في ظل المعيار الدولي للتعليم المحاسبي IES7 من وجهة نظر محافظي الحسابات والخبراء المحاسبيين الجزائريين وذلك من خلال التطرق للكفاءة الفنية والمهارات المهنية للمحاسبين والمدققين وآثارها على جودة التدقيق الخارجي، وذلك من خلال إعداد استيبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات تم توزيعها على عينة من محافظي الحسابات والخبراء المحاسبين الجزائريين والبالغ عددها 145 مفردة، وتم الإعتماد على برنامج V 25 SPSS لتحليل البيانات إختبار الفروض. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر موجب ذو دلالة إحصائية للتطوير المهني المستمر من خلال أبعاده وهي (الكفاءة الفنية للمدققين في المحاسبة والتدقيق بالإضافة للمهارات المهنية) على جودة التدقيق الخارجي. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of continuous professional development for accountants and auditors in Algeria on the quality of external auditing under the International Education Standard 7 (IES7). It was viewed from the perspective of Algerian auditors and accounting experts. This was achieved by examining the professional competence of accountants and auditors and their effects on the quality of external auditing. The study employed a questionnaire as a data collection tool. It was distributed to 145 Algerian auditors and accounting experts. The data of the questionnaire was analyzed by SPSS V25 software. The study revealed that there is a statistically significant positive impact of continuous professional development through its dimensions, namely the technical competence of auditors in accounting and auditing, in addition to professional skills, on the quality of external auditing.
