-تأثير الثقة التنظيمية على نية الاستمرار في العمل بتوسط الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي في القطاع الصحي العمومي في الجزائر - دراسة ميدانية على مؤسسات استشفائية عمومية بولاية النعامة

Résumé: The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of organizational trust on intention to continue to work By Mediating job satisfaction and organizational commitment in public health institutions a field study on public hospitals in Naama, the study included a sample of 75 employees from the doctors and nurses corps. The study concluded, after using modeling with structural equations using the Amos.v23 program, that there is a positive and direct effect of the impact of organizational trust on the intention to continue working and also has a direct impact On job satisfaction, it has an indirect effect on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and it also has an indirect effect on intention to continue working with both job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediating variables. جاءت هذه الدراسة للوقوف على اثر الثقة التنظيمية على نية الاستمرار في العمل بتوسط كل من الرضا الوظيفي و الالتزام التنظيمي في المؤسسات الصحية العمومية ،من خلال دراسة ميدانية لمستشفيات عمومية بولاية النعامة وشملت الدراسة عينة قدرها 75 موظفا من سلك الأطباء و الممرضين وقد خلصت الدراسة بعد استخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية باستخدام برنامج Amos.v23إلى وجود اثر ايجابي و مباشر لتأثير الثقة التنظيمية على نية الاستمرار في العمل وأيضا لها تأثير مباشر على الرضا الوظيفي ولها تأثير غير مباشر على الالتزام التنظيمي بوجود الرضا الوظيفي كمتغير وسيط ولها أيضا تأثير غير مباشر على النية بالاستمرار في العمل بوجود كل من الرضا الوظيفي و الالتزام التنظيمي كمتغيرين وسيطين .
