نشــاط المهــاجرين الجزائريين في الحزب الحر الدستوري التونسي ما بين 1900-1930.

Résumé: يمثل البحث مظهرا من مظاهر التواصل بين الجزائر وتونس، خلال فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي للبلدين خلال القرن التاسع عشر، بداية بالجزائر، التي كانت ضحية الاستعمار المبكر عام 1830، والذي نتج عنه هجرة كبيرة نحو العالم العربي, لاسيما البلاد التونسية. لقد لقي الجزائريون الترحاب من طرف التونسيين والجو المناسب لتفجير طاقاتهم البشرية، في ظل الحماية الفرنسية على تونس. لقد تبنى المهاجرون الجزائريون المسألة التونسية، حيث شاركوا في الحراك الاصلاحي والسياسي التونسي، لذلك نجد بأن ثلة من الجزائريين في الإضرابات الزيتونية التي طالبت بإصلاح النظام التعليمي، شاركوا في انتفاضة الزلاج والترام . ولم يتخلفوا عن النضال السري والعلني في الحركة الوطنية التونسية، بالانضمام للحزب الحر الدستوري الذي أسسه الشيخ عبد العزبز الثعالبي، والحزب الاصلاحي بقيادة حسن قلاتي. مع العلم أن نشاط الجزائريين في الحركة الوطنية التونسية لم يقتصر على المهاجرين فقط، بل شمل الأهالي في الجزائريين، بحيث تمثلت المساهمة في النضال السياسي التوعوي، جمع التبرعات المالية، والدفاع عن المسألة التونسية في التجمعات والمؤتمرات الدولية. Summary: The study is a manifestation of the communication between Algeria and Tunisia during the period of the French occupation of the two countries during the nineteenth century, first in Algeria, which was the victim of early colonialism in 1830, which resulted in a great migration to the Arab world, especially the Tunisian country. The Algerians were welcomed by the Tunisians and the right atmosphere to blow up their human potential, under the French protection of Tunisia. The Algerian immigrants adopted the Tunisian quation, where they participated in the Tunisian reform and political movement. Therefore, we find that a number of Algerians in the Ezzeitouna strikes demanding reform of the educational system participated in the djlaze and tram uprising. They did not lag behind the secret and overt struggle in the Tunisian national movement by joining the Free Constitutional Party founded by Sheikh Abdel-Aziz Thaalibi and the reformist party led by Hassan guellati. The activity of the Algerians in the Tunisian national movement was not limited to immigrants, but included Algerians. It was a contribution to the political struggle, raising funds and defending the Tunisian issue in international gatherings and conferences.
