تفعيل روبوتات الدردشة على مستوى المركز الوطني للسجل التجاري

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو البحث في إمكانية تفعيل روبوتات الدردشة في منصات وتطبيقات الخدمات العامة حيث تم أخد عينة تطبيقية متمثلة في البوابة الخاصة بالمركز الوطني للسجل التجاري وتفعيل روبوتات الدردشة في مجال تطوير الخدمات العامة لصالح التجار وتسهيل وتسريع معالجة الطلبات المتعلقة بالسجل التجاري ورافق ذلك تفعيل روبوتات الدردشة في معالجة المعلومات الموردة في رمز الاستجابة السريع (السجل التجاري الإلكتروني)عن طريق تطبيق القارئ السجل التجاري الإلكتروني وتقديم المعلومات بشكل دردشة انطلاقا من البيانات الموردة. توصلت هذه الورقة البحثية لعدة نتائج مفادها إمكانية تفعيل تقنية روبوتات الدردشة في الإدارات العامة والمديريات وقدرة هذه الألية على تقليل النفقات وتقليل العامل البشري وتسريع في الخدمة المقدمة. The goal of this research paper is to investigate the possibility of activating chatbots in public service platforms and applications. An empirical sample was taken representing the portal of the National Center for Commercial Record and activating chatbots in the field of developing public services for the benefit of traders, facilitating and expediting the processing of requests related to the commercial record. This was accompanied by activating chatbots in processing the information provided in the Quick Response Code (Electronic Commercial Record) through the Electronic Commercial Record Reader application and presenting the information in a chat format based on the supplied data. This research paper has reached several results indicating the possibility of activating chatbot technology in public administrations and directorates, and the ability of this mechanism to reduce expenses, decrease human involvement, and expedite the provided service.
