أثر القراءات القرآنية في المباحث الفقهية "مبحثي الطهارة والصلاة أنموذجا"

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أثر التوجيه الفقهي للقراءات القرآنية المتواترة والشاذة المتعلقة بمبحثي الطهارة والصلاة، وذلك من خلال توضيح المعاني القرآنية المختلفة، وجمع القراءات القرآنية الواردة في كتب توجيه القراءات، وتناول مسائلها بشكل مفصل،واستكمال بعض الفوائد الواردة، وموازنة ما جاء في كتب المذاهب الفقهية وكتب توجيه القراءات. This research identifies the study of Tawjeeh Al Qira’at (Evidence for correct Qira'aat and the reasons for their differences). This study was neglected by many of those who study different readings, despite its extreme and vital importance. Moreover, a thorough comprehension of the qur'anic readings encompassed in the books of Tawjeeh Al Qira’at that had an impact over the jurisprudence of prayer and purity is encompassed in this research. The comprehension is achieved by dealing with jurisprudential matters in a meticulous and detailed manner, while balancing it with what was previously stated in the books of Tawjeeh.
