اللغة في المنظور العلمي -دراسة تحليلية للمسألة اللغوية في الجزائر-

Résumé: الملخص : تحتل اللغة مكانة هامة في المنظومة المعرفية للمجتمعات، فهي ليست مجرد وسيلة للاتصال والتخاطب فقط بل هي من أهم المداخل المعرفية التي تقاس بها حضارة المجتمعات ورقيها. وهذا ما يجعل التخطيط اللغوي عملية دقيقة تهتم بها المجتمعات لتحقق أهدافها التنموية، بعيداً عن الخطابات الإيديولوجية. إلاَ أن هذه العملية عرفت تذبذباً ملحوظاً في المجتمع الجزائري، خاصة على مستوى التطبيق، فبين مؤيدي التعريب وبين معارضيه نتجت وضعية غير واضحة، نقلت النقاش من تفعيل دور اللغة في المسار التنموي إلى الدخول في خطابات إيديولوجية حول القيم التاريخية والوطنية والدينية. Abstract Language occupies an important place in the cognitive system of societies. It is not only a means of communication, but it is one of the most important cognitive approaches that measure the civilization and culture of societies. This makes linguistic planning a delicate process that societies are interested in achieving their development goals, away from ideological discourse. However, this process was characterized by a noticeable fluctuation in Algerian society, especially at the level of application. Among the supporters of Arabization and its opponents resulted in an unclear situation, the debate shifted from activating the role of language in the development process to entering ideological speeches about historical, national and religious values.
