واقع المقاولة النسوية في إطار هيئات الدعم - دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية الوكالة الولائية جيجل -the Reality Of Women's Entrepreneurship Within The Framework Of Support Bodies - A Case Study Of The National Agency For Entrepreneurship Support And Development Jijel State Agency

Résumé: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع المقاولة النسوية في الجزائر في إطار هيئات الدعم ممثلة في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية من خلال دراسة ميدانية للوكالة الولائية لجيجل،حيث تمكنا من الحصول على بعض الإحصائيات الخاصة بالوكالة والتي تم إستخدامها لتحليل واقع المقاولة النسوية على مستوى ولاية جيجل. أكّدت الدراسة أن المشاريع الممولة من قبل الوكالة لفئة النساء ضعيفة جدا مقارنة بفئة الرجال بالرغم من التحفيزات المعتبرة لصالح المرأة من قبل الدولة، وهو ما يفسر على أن المقاولاتية النسوية ضعيفة في الجزائر مقارنة بالمقاولاتية لفئة الرجال، كما بينت الدراسة أن الفئة النسوية تتجه لقطاع الخدمات بالدرجة الأولى وبعدها الحرف وفي المرتبة الثالثة المهن الحرة، توصلت الدراسة كذلك إلى أن فئة النساء ذات المستوى الجامعي تستثمر بالدرجة الأولى مقارنة بالمستويات التعليمية الأخرى، أما فيما يخص توزيع المشاريع النسوية الممولة من طرف الوكالة حسب البلديات فقد أخدت عاصمة الولاية النصيب الأكبر من المشاريع. This research paper seeks to shed light on the reality of women's entrepreneurship in Algeria within the framework of the support bodies represented by the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship through a field study of the state agency of Jijel, where we were able to obtain some statistics of the agency, which were used to analyze the reality of women's enterprise at the level Jijel Province. The study confirmed that the projects funded by the agency for the category of women are very weak compared to the category of men, despite the incentives considered in favor of women by the state, which explains that women's entrepreneurship is weak in Algeria compared to the entrepreneurship of the men category. The first and then crafts, and in the third place the liberal professions. The study also found that women with a university level invest in the first place compared to other educational levels. As for the distribution of women’s projects funded by the agency by municipalities, the state capital took the largest share of projects.
