Résumé: Summary: The subject of our study revolves around the right of the victim to end the public trial, because we concluded that the Algerian legislator gave the right to the victim to unilaterally end the public trial by renouncing the complaint in crimes that were brought by the lawsuit with complaint, which he specifies exclusively in his legal texts. We also find it giving him the right also to end the case in agreement with the accused, as the main party to the systems of conciliation and mediation with the realization of the legal consequences deriving therefrom.
