Résumé: يتطرق المقال إلى محاولة رصد ما أُلِّف في فقه العمران الإسلامي من مصادر ومراجع؛ وذلك من أدجل تعريف الباحثين في العمارة الإسلامية بما يساعدهم في فهم التخطيط العام للمدينة الإسلامية في العصر الوسيط، وبناء على هذا فقد تطرق المقال في البداية إلى تعريف شامل لفقه العمران الإسلام وأهم مصادرة الشرعية من قرآن وسنّة وغيرها، كما تعرّض إلى مجالات فقه العمران في المدينة من مساجد ومسالك ومساكن وغيرها، وأخيرا أهم مصادر ومراجع فقه العمران، مرتبة حسب أهميتها وتاريخ تأليفها أو تحقيقها. The article attempts to monitor the sources and references written in Islamic urban jurisprudence. This is one of the most advanced definitions for researchers in Islamic architecture to help them understand the general planning of the Islamic city in the Middle Ages. Based on this, the article initially addressed a comprehensive definition of Islamic urban jurisprudence and the most important confiscations of legitimacy from the Qur’an, Sunnah, and others. It also addressed the areas of Islamic urban jurisprudence in the city. From mosques, Roads, dwellings, etc., and finally the most important sources and references of urban jurisprudence, arranged according to their importance and the date of their composition or investigation.
