تطور تدويل الشركات البترولية في الدول العربية دراسة حالة شركة أرامكو السعودية وقطر للبترول

Résumé: في ظل العولمة يشهد العالم تحولات كثيرة ومتسارعة فرضت على الشركات إيجاد أسواق وتدويل نشاطها فيها، لذلك يحاول هذا المقال إبراز كيفية اختيار الشركات لاستراتيجية التدويل المناسبة للدخول والتواجد في الأسواق الدولية انطلاقا من معرفة بعض خصائص الأسواق الدولية، وكذلك عملية تدويل النشاط وأهم الاستراتيجيات المتبعة، وفي الأخير وصف لكل من شركة أرامكو السعودية وشركة قطر للبترول، واستراتيجية التدويل التي اختارتها كل من الشركتين، أما أهم نتائج الدراسة فهي وجود فرص يمكن استغلالها في الأسواق الدولية من خلال تتبع وتحليل متغيراتها، والتفكير استراتيجيا عند اختيار السوق، إضافة الى وجود عوامل خارجية تساعد الشركة في تدويل نشاطها. In the light of globalization, the world is witnessing many rapid changes that have forced companies to find markets and internationalize their activities in them. Therefore, this article attempts to highlight how companies choose the appropriate internationalization strategy to enter and be present in international markets based on knowledge of some characteristics of international markets, as well as the process of internationalization of activity and the most important strategies followed. The latter is a description of each of Saudi Aramco and Qatar Petroleum, and the internationalization strategy chosen by each of the two companies. The most important results of the study are the presence of opportunities that can be exploited in international markets by tracking and analyzing their variables, and thinking strategically when choosing the market, in addition to the presence of external factors that help the company. in the internationalization of its activity
