أثر جودة حياة العمل في التقليل من حوادث العمل دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن سوفيا-الوادي-
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر جودة حياة العمل بأبعاده )ظروف العمل المادية، الموازنة بين الحياة العملية و الخاصة، الصحة و السلامة المهنية، الاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي( على حوادث العمل، وتم تطبيق الدراسة في مؤسسة مطاحن سوفيا الوادي، واعتمد الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الأولية والمكونة - من 21 عبارة، حيث وزعت 01 استمارة و استرجع منها 01 استمارة،، ثم تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS . توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى جودة حياة العمل في مؤسسة مطاحن سوفيا عالية، اذ أن لجودة حياة العمل أثر إيجابي على عدم وجود حوادث العمل لدى العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، ويرجع هذا الأمر إلى تأثير كل من الابعاد الثلاثة التالية : ظروف العمل المادية والموازنة بين الحياة العملية و الخاصة، الاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي،على تقليص حوادث العمل للعاملين، في حين أن بعد الصحة والسلامة المهنية ليس لها أثر على حوادث العمل. وقدمنا من خلال الدراسة مجموعة من الاقتراحات ذات الصلة بالموضوع. الكلمات المفتاحية : جودة حياة العمل، حوادث العمل،مؤسسة مطاحن سوفياThe study was designed to test the impact of quality of work life on its dimensions (physical working conditions, balance between working and private life, health and occupational safety, stability and job security) on work accidents. The initial data consisted of 21 words, where 40 samples were distributed and 30 were retrieved. The study data were analyzed using SPSS. The study found that the quality of working life at the Sophia Mills Corporation is high. The quality of working life has a positive impact on the absence of work accidents among the workers in the institution under study. This is due to the effect of each of the following three dimensions: Process and special, stability and job security, on work accidents of employees, while occupational health and safety does not have an impact on work accidents.
