مناهضة العنف ضد المرأة بوصفه انتهاكا لمبدأ المساواة - الدلالات والآثار

Résumé: ملخص : إن حماية الكرامة الإنسانية هي الهدف من سن التشريعات الداخلية والدولية، وفي عصر حقوق الإنسان لا زالت هناك مظاهر تنتهك السلامة النفسية والبدنية وتتنافى مع ابسط مبادئ حقوق الإنسان لعل أبرزها العنف ضد المرأة، وسنحاول في هذا المقال التطرق إلى العلاقة بين العنف على أساس الجنس بمبدأ التمييز وعدم المساواة وحقوق الإنسان للنساء وانعكاسات ذلك على مفهومه ونطاقه وأشكاله واليات الحد منه. Abstract: The protection of human dignity is the purpose of Domestic legislation and in the era of human rights there are Several International conventions, and appearances violate the psychological and physical safety and contrary to the most basic principles of human rights, Perhaps most notably violence against women. In this article we will address the relationship between gender-based violence and the principle of non-discrimination and equality and human rights for women and their repercussions on the concept and the forms of violence against women and mechanisms to reduce it.
