Résumé: تعتبر الصناعات التراثية والحرف التقليدية من بين الشواهد المادية التي تخلفها الشعوب، لهذا تعد سجلا تاريخيا ينقل إلينا مختلف مميزات وخصائص هذه الصناعات ، كما هي مرآة عاكسة عن ثقافة صانعيها لما تحمله من عناصر زخرفية ذات دلالات ترمز إلى الموروث الفني الموغل في القدم والضارب بجذوره إلى الإرث الحضاري للجزائر كلها . وتمثل مجمل التراث الثقافي في مجموع المنتوجات الفكرية والمصنوعات الشعبية لمجتمع ما، فهي كل تلك التراكمات الممارستية التي تبقى وتستمر عبر العصور والأزمنة حتى تصل إلى الأجيال الأخيرة بعد أن تأثرت بكل التحولات الاجتماعية ، الاقتصادية والثقافية التي يشهدها هذا المجتمع وهي أيضا القيمة المستخلصة لهذه الممارسات المادية وغير المادية لهذا المجتمع ، كما يشمل هذا التراث الأشياء المتوارثة المجسدة والملموسة كالمقتنيات ذات الأهمية الجمالية والفنية ، كذلك العادات والتقاليد الشعبية والفنون والحرف والصناعات اليدوية التقليدية بما في ذلك الدلالات الرمزية المكنونة في كل القطع المصنوعة في مختلف الحرف التقليدية اليدوية والتي يعبر عنها الحرفي ، وكذا طريقة استعمال هذه المصنوعات، في مناسباتها وأماكن استعمالها مثل الحلي كأحسن مثال ، كما ودورها في تنمية الروابط الاجتماعية ودفع العجلة الاقتصادية وترقية الجانب الثقافي والسياحي الداخلي والخارجي وفق معايير ومساهمات خاصة . : Heritage industries and traditional crafts are among the material signs left by the people, so it is a historical record that conveys to us the various characteristics and properties of these industries, as well as reflective of the culture of their makers for the decorative elements that bear the connotations of the artistic heritage of the foot and the hitter Its roots to the cultural heritage of all of Algeria.
