Evaluation De L'activité Antifongique Des Huiles Essentielles Issues De Deux Plantes Aromatiques (romarin Et Eucalyptus), Contre Le Botrytis Cinerea Agent Causal De La Pourriture Grise Des Fraisiers
Résumé: The objective of this study is to evaluate the antifungal activity of the essential oil extracted from two aromatic plants Eucalyptus radiata and Rosmarinus officinalis against Botrytis cinerea causal agent of grey rot of strawberry. The work is essentially based on antifungal tests by the direct contact method and the Aromatogramme method. The results obtained by the two methods show that the two H.E. possess very effective antifungal activity. However the effectiveness of the H. E. R. officinalis is much higher than that ofH.E. E. radiata. For the combined use two oils pure, the results obtained show an even more significant antifungal activity (synergistic effect). These results allow us to propose without equivocation the use of these oils as Biofungicide to deal with the phenomena of resistance of this fungus towards conventional chemicals.
