Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أهم الكفايات المعرفية التي يملكها طلبة علوم التربية في مقياس القياس النفسي والتربوي من خلال تطبيق المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي على عينة مكونة من 38 طالب وطالبة من شعبة علوم التربية. وذلك بتوزيع استبيان مصمم، والذي كان بعد حساب خصائصه السيكومترية على عينة قومها 30 طالب وطالبة. وبعد تحليل البيانات تم التّوصّل إلى أن طلبة علوم التربية يملكون كفايات معرفية تراوحت مابين الكبيرة، المتوسطة والقليلة في مقياس القياس النفسي والتربوي. The current study aimed to reveal the most important cognitive competencies of students of educational sciences in the psychometric and educational by applying the exploratory descriptive approach to a sample of 38 students from the Division of Educational Sciences. This was done by distributing a questionnaire designed, after calculating its psychometric characteristics to a sample of 30 students. After analyzing the data, it was concluded that the students of the sciences of education have cognitive competencies ranging from large, medium, and few in the measure of psychometrics and education.
