دور التكنولوجيا المالية في إرساء متطلبات تحقيق الشمول المالي بدولة الإمارات العربية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور التكنولوجيا المالية في إرساء متطلبات الشمول المالي بدولة الإمارات العربية، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن دولة الإمارات تعتبر من أهم التجارب الرائدة في مجالي التكنولوجيا المالية والشمول المالي، حيث حققت نسب عالية في مجال المعاملات الإلكترونية والشمول المالي في سنة 2021، وعليه أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اقتداء الدول العربية عامة والجزائر خاصة بدولة الإمارات العربية باعتبارها من التجارب الناجحة الرائدة. Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the role of financial technology in establishing the requirements of financial inclusion in the UAE, based on the descriptive analytical approach, and this study concluded that the UAE is one of the most important pioneering experiences in the fields of financial technology and financial inclusion, as it achieved high rates in the field of electronic transactions and financial inclusion in 2021, and therefore the study recommended the need to follow the example of Arab countries in general and Algeria in particular in the United Arab Emirates as one of the leading successful experiences.
