فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني لتلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التّعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني لتلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط. اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج التجريبي القائم على تصميم المجموعة الواحدة مع تطبيق (قبلي-بعدي) لمقياس مهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني مع تطبيق برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني على أفراد العينة وهو من إعداد الباحثة, وطبق البرنامج التدريبي على عينة بلغت (15) تلميذا من تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط المتمدرسين بمتوسطة الشهيد أحمد بوزقاق بولاية المغير للعام الدراسي (2019/2020) بعدها تم تطبيق الاختبار القبلي المتمثل في مقياس مهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني ومن ثمّ تمّ الانطلاق في الجلسات التدريبية التي دامت 6 أسابيع بعدها تم تطبيق الاختبار البعدي، وبعد تعريض درجات الاختبارين للمعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، واختبار "ت" لعينة واحدة، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: يساهم البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط. تتميز النتائج الإيجابية للبرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط باستقرار. وبناء على تلك النتائج كانت إجابة التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة كالتالي: للبرنامج التدريبي فاعلية في تنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني لتلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط. Abstract: The current study aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program to develop the professional decision-making skill of fourth-year middle school students. This study followed the experimental approach based on a single-group design with a (pre-post) application of the professional decision-making skill scale with the application of a training program to develop the professional decision-making skill on the sample members, which was prepared by the researcher. The training program was applied to a sample of (15) fourth-year middle school students enrolled at the Martyr Ahmed Bouzegag Middle School in the state of El Meghair for the academic year (2019/2020). After that, the pre-test was applied, which is the professional decision-making skill scale, and then the training sessions that lasted 6 weeks were launched, after which the post-test was applied. After subjecting the scores of the two tests to statistical processing using a set of methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the "T" test for a single sample, the following results were reached: 1- The training program contributes to the development of the professional decision-making skill among fourth-year middle school students. 2- The positive results of the training program in developing the professional decision-making skill of fourth-year middle school students are stable. Based on these results, the answer to the main question of the study was as follows: The training program is effective in developing the professional decision-making skill of fourth-year middle school students.
