الخصائص السيكومترية لاختبار الذكاء العاطفي
Résumé: The present study aims at calculating the validity and reliability of emotional intelligence test which is translated into Arabic by Farouk Said Othmn and Mohamed Abdesami abdo in 2006; the study sample consisted of 120 university students. To calculate validity Inter correlation and factor analysis were used, the results revealed vey significant validly of the test Reliability of the test was also calculated by using half- split and alpha cronbach, results indicated remarkable reliability of the test.
