العقل المستقيل في الإسلام بين جورج طرابيشي ومحمد عابد الجابري

Résumé: كان لنقد العقل العربي والإسلامي حظا وافرا من الكتابات التي تواترت بطبيعتها الإشكالية، منذ اكتشاف الهوة العميقة الفاصلة بين عموم المجتمعات الإسلامية ودول العالم المتقدم، بحيث يعزى حال التخلف عندنا إلى عدم إعمال العقل كأداة للفكر الذي سيكون مرتَكزا للبناء والتغيير. فمصطلح "العقل المستقيل" نَحته الجابري للدلالة على التراجع المعرفي وبالتالي ضحالة الناتج الحضاري للإنسان العربي الذي سيكون في نهاية الأمر مفعولا به محدود الأفق، سلبيا في مقابل الآخر الغربي المنتصر حضاريا. أما طرابيشي فتدرّج في سلسلة نقد النقد من بحثه في نظرية العقل إلى تحليل إشكاليات العقل العربي، مُدافعًا عن وحدة العقل العربي الإسلامي ضد فكرة القطيعة المعرفية بين المغرب والمشرق، لينتهي إلى مراجعاتٍ جادة لنظرية العقل المستقيل في الإسلام. The criticism of the Arab and Islamic mind has had a great deal of writing, which has recurred by its problematic nature, since the discovery of the deep gap separating the general Islamic societies and the countries of the developed world, so that the state of our backwardness is attributed to the failure to implement the mind as a tool for thought that will be based on construction and change. The term “the resigned mind” was coined by Al-Jabri to denote the cognitive decline and thus the shallowness of the civilizational output of the Arab man, which will eventually have a limited-minded, negative effect in exchange for the civilized victorious Western other.
