المـساهـمة في دراسة أطـياف إصـدارات الــذرات الاصـطـناعـية للمر كب Inas/gaas
Résumé: In order to contribute in the study of Artificial Atoms composed of InAs/GaAs, we studied the form of the specter resulting of the quantum dot InAs theoretically using the Fortran software for the purpose of comparing the empirical specter with the simulated one. This work required the preparation of a data base of the atomic physics of the quantum dot compound Indium Arsenide InAs. After the discussion, we concluded that the quantum dot InAs for the Artificial Atom composed of inAs/GaAs give a discrete and quantized energy specter. It is also affected by the quantum of quantum mechanics. If the energy difference between equivalence levels and the conducting levels decrease, the dimensions of the quantum dot increase. Thus, the quantum dot dimensions control the shape of the emission specter of the Artificial Atoms
