تأثير النوعية المؤسساتية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر باستعمال منهج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إختبار العلاقة بين تطور المؤسسات و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر بإستخدام بيانات سنوية خلال الفترة 1996-2015، و يستند هذا التحليل على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL) الذي قدمه (Pesaran et al, 2001) و نموذج تصحيح الخطأ غير المقيد (UECM)، وقد دل اختبار التكامل المشترك عن وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين النوعية المؤسساتية و النمو الاقتصادي، و أظهرت الدراسة تأثيرا إيجابيا لمعدل تطور الكتلة النقدية و حرية الاستثمار على النمو الاقتصادي و وجود أثر سلبي لدرجة الانفتاح التجاري و أسعار النفط على النمو الاقتصادي في المدى الطويل، وهذا ما يعاكس النظرية الاقتصادية. This paper examines the relationship between the development of institutions and the economic growth in Algeria using annual data during the period 1996-2015, This analysis is based on the Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) approach given by Pesaran et al,(2001). And the Unrestricted Error Correction Model (UECM). The cointegration test indicates the existence of a long- run relationship between institutional quality and economic growth, The study showed a positive effect of money supply and investment freedom on economic growth and the negative effect of the openness of trade and oil prices on the economic growth in the long term, which reflects the economic theory.
