الفكر الحضاري التنموي عند مالك بن نبي مقاربة فكرية "سنغافورة أنموذجا"

Résumé: تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى إبراز الفكر الحضاري التنموي للمفكر مالك بن نبي، والذي اعتمد على الإنسان قبل العمران، كما تبين الدراسة أيضا الأنموذج الأصلي للتنمية الحضارية حسب تصور مالك بن نبي، وكذا إيجاد مقاربة فكرية بين تجربة النهضة السنغافورية وبين ما جاء به فكر مالك بن نبي من خلال إرساء شروط النهضة التي تعدّت حدودها النّظرية، لترسم تأهيل الإنسان إلى مصف الوعي والفعل الحضاري، حيث استوعبت سنغافورة هذا الدرس الحضاري من خلال قائد نهضتها "لي كوان يو"، فكان قاسما مشتركا في منطلقاتها المنهجية نحو الإقلاع الحضاري والاقتصادي وبين فكر مالك بن نبي من خلال أبعاد و مناهج التغيير، كما تبين الدراسة مدى قابلية إستراتيجية التنمية الحضارية لفكر مالك بن نبي للتجسيد في الجزائر من منطلق التجربة السنغافورية. This study aims to highlight the developmental civilizational thought of the thinker Malek Bennabi, who relied on the human being before construction. During the establishment of the conditions of the Renaissance, which went beyond its theoretical limits, to draw the qualification of man to the level of awareness and civilized action, as Singapore absorbed this civilizational lesson through the leader of its Renaissance "Lee Kuan Yew". Through the dimensions and methods of change, the study also shows the extent to which the civilizational development strategy of Malek Bennabi thought is feasible to embody in Algeria from the standpoint of the Singaporean experience.
