ثقافـــــــة الاستثمــــــار في السياحــــة الجبلية بالـــجزائـــر( الواقع والتحديات)

Résumé: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تسليط الضوء على إشكالية أساسية وهي مسألة من المسائل المحورية التي تشكل أهم قضايا الساعة، ألا وهي ثقافة الاستثمار في السياحة الجبلية بالجزائر، أي أنها تحاول عرض واقع السياسة الترويجية للسياحة الجبلية لدى الفرد الجزائري التي شهدت دينامية مهمة في السنوات الأخيرة من خلال تبيان أهم مقوماتها وما قد يعتريها من تحديات خصوصا في ظل أهمية هذا القطاع في تفعيل التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على حد سواء. وانطلاقا من هذه الورقة البحثية حولنا طرح ومناقشة طائفة من الأفكار التي تؤسس لهذه المسألة بداية من الأهمية والميكانيزمات اللازمة للمحافظة على هذا الموروث الطبيعي في ظل التحديات والرهانات المتواجدة This intervention aims to highlight to a fundamental problem that constitutes one of the most important issues of the day ,namely, the culture of policy of promoting mountain tourism in Algerian society, which has experienced an important dynamic in recent year by demonstrating its main features and the challenges its may face particularly in view of the importance of this sector in promoting both economic and social development From this paper around us, we have put forward and discussed a range of ideas that lay the foundation for this issue, beginning with the importance and mechanics necessary to preserve this natural legacy in the light of challenges and stakes that exist
