مساهمة التحليل المالي للميزانية في اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية دراسة حالة مديرية الصيانة سوناطراك – بسكرة -

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يؤديه التحليل المالي للميزانية في اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية في المؤسسة، وذلك بالتعرف على الميزانية ومنه تحديد مدى مساهمتها في اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية. ولتحقيق ذلك تم تحليل قائمة الميزانية ، بحيث قمنا بتشخيص مقارن بين ثلاث سنوات، وذلك بتطبيق أدوات التحليل المالي، ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها يقوم المحلل المالي باتخاذ القرار المناسب للمؤسسة والذي من شانه أن يحقق أرباح والأهداف المسطرة للمؤسسة. وبينت الدراسة إلى أن التحليل المالي بواسطة نسب السيولة، نسب الربحية، نسب النشاط ونسب التمويل لها دور مهم في الكشف عن الإختلالات التي من الممكن أن تقع في الأداء التشغيلي للمؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التحليل المالي – اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية – أدوات التحليل المالي – الميزانية. The aim of this study is to highlight the role played by the financial analysis of the Balance sheet in making operational decisions in the institution, by identifying the budget and from determining the extent of its contribution to the decision making process. In order to achieve this, the budget list was analyzed so that we performed a comparative analysis between three years by applying financial analysis tools. Through the obtained results, the financial analyst makes the appropriate decision for the institution which would achieve the profits and objectives of the institution. The study showed that financial analysis by liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios and financing ratios has an important role in detecting possible imbalances in the organization's operational performance.
