دراسة أثر التنويع الاقتصادي كإستراتيجية بديلة لقطاع النفط في الجزائر خلال 1990-2020

Résumé: سنحاول من خلال دراستنا إلى التعرف على أهمية التنويع الاقتصادي وقياس أثر القطاعات الارتكازية في الاقتصاد الجزائري على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإتباع طريقة منهجية استخراج علاقة طويلة و قصير الأجل بين التنويع الاقتصادي و النمو الاقتصادي معبر عنه ب GDP و ب XOILو X معبر عن التنويع، ثم استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL في تقدير مساهمة وأثر القطاعات الاقتصادية خارج قطاع المحروقات على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال سنوات 1990 إلى 2020، توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التجريبية إلى وجود علاقة طردية طويلة الأجل بين الصادرات المحروقات من جهة النمو الاقتصادي، لكن هذه العلاقة صعبة نتيجة اعتماد الاقتصاد الوطني على النفط ك مورد رئيسي للدخل. فلابد من تفعيل القطاعات والتكامل بينها لزيادة مساهمتها في الناتج المحلى الإجمالي. Through our study, we will try to identify the importance of economic diversification and measure the impact of the main sectors in the Algerian economy on the gross domestic product, Where the study used the descriptive analytical approach by following a systematic method of extracting a long and short term relationship between economic diversification and economic growth, expressed as GDP, as XOIL, and X as diversification, Then, the ARDL model was used to estimate the contribution and impact of economic sectors outside the hydrocarbon sector on GDP in the Algerian economy during the years 1990 to 2020, This study reached the empirical results that there is a direct long-term relationship between hydrocarbon exports in terms of economic growth, but this relationship is difficult due to the dependence of the national economy on oil as a main source of income. The sectors must be activated and integrated to increase their contribution to the gross domestic product.
