الكشف عن الأخطار المهنية المسببة لحوادث السقوط في قطاع البناء واجراءات الوقاية منها

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الأخطار المهنية المسببة لحوادث السقوط في قطاع البناء واجراءات الوقاية منها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام دليل التشاور ديباريسMalchaire (2007) من أجل جرد هذا النوع من الأخطار. أجريت الدراسة في موقع بناء سكنات اجتماعية تابع لشركة عمومية بولاية تيارت، وأوضحت ما يلي: 1- توصلت عملية الكشف عن الوضعيات الخطيرة التي تحتاج إلى تحسين فوري أن كلا من: أماكن ومجالات ووضعيات ومعدات العمل وتنظيمه، إضافة إلى مهام المناولة اليدوية، معنية بعمليات التحسين الفوري. 2- أما الوضعيات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين في أقرب فرصة ممكنة فهي: مصادر أخطار التكهرب والحريق، الظروف الفيزيقية، تدريب العمال على استخدام أدوات العمل ومحتوى العمل. أكدت الدراسة الحالية ما توصلت إليه الدراسات السابقة حول موضوع مخاطر السقوط في قطاع البناء، كما أكدت دور إجراءات السلامة المهنية والمتابعة الأرغونومية الدورية في الحد من حوادث العمل في قطاع البناء. Abstract: The aim of the present study is to diagnosis and identify occupational hazards in the work environment. The study was conducted in a construction site belonging to a public building society based in Tiaret, Algeria. In order to achieve these objectives, the Deparis consultation manual (Malchaire, 2007) was used as a diagnosis and identification tool. The results showed that: a. The following work situations need an urgent consideration: (1) workspace and equipment layout, (2) work postures, (3) work organization, and (4) manual handling tasks. b. While the work situations that need a particular consideration in a medium term were: (1) sources of electrical and burning hazards, (2) physical working conditions (noise, lighting, thermal environment and vibration), (3) training of workers for the use of work tools and equipment, beside (4) the job content aspects that need to be looked at. The results of this study were in line with previous studies on the causes of falling accidents in construction sites, and emphasized the role of occupational safety and health procedures, while applying the appropriate ergonomic intervention rules in construction sites.
