دور الاتصال الاستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور الاتصال الاستراتيجي ﺑﻣﺧﺗﻠف أﺷﻛﺎﻟﻪ ووﺳﺎﺋﻠﻪ ﻓﻲ إدارة الأزمات، ﻓﻲ ﻣدى ﺳرﻋﺔ وﻛﻔﺎءة ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯾﺔ إرﺳﺎل واﺳﺗﻘﺑﺎل اﻟﻣﻌﻠوﻣﺎت، اﻟﺗﻲ ﻣن ﺷﺄﻧﻬﺎ اﻟﻣﺳﺎﻫﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ إدارة ﻓﻌﻠﯾﺔ وفعالة للأزمات، باعتبارها ظرف اﻧﺗﻘﺎﻟﻲ ﯾﺗﺳم ﺑﻌدم اﻟﺗوازن، وﯾﻣﺛل ﻧﻘطﺔ ﺗﺣول ﺗﺣدد ﻓﻲ ﺿوﺋﻬﺎ أﺣداث اﻟﻣﺳﺗﻘﺑل اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗؤدي إﻟﻰ تغيير ﻛﺑﯾر، بحيث تهدف هذه اﻟدارﺳﺔ إﻟﻰ ﻣﺣﺎوﻟﺔ اﻟﺗﻌرف ﻋﻠﻰ طبيعة الاتصال الاستراتيجي وكيفية تطبيقه، قبل، أﺛﻧﺎء، وﺑﻌد ﺣدوث الأزمات، وﻣدى مساهمته ﻓﻲ إدارة ﺗﻠك الأزمات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ الاتصال الإستراتيجي ضروري لما له من فعالية، يجعل المؤسسة أكثر حيوية في بيئة مليئة بالتهديدات، كونه الوسيلة المثلى التي يمكن أن تساهم بشكل كبير في إدارة الأزمات. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of strategic communication in its various forms and means in crisis management, in the speed and efficiency of sending and receiving information, which would contribute to the actual and effective management of crises, as it is a transitional condition characterized by imbalance, and the factors that will transform it. This study aims to try to identify the nature of strategic communication and how to apply it, before, during, and after the occurrence of crises, and the extent of its contribution to the management of those crises. An environment full of threats, being the ideal means that can contribute significantly to crisis management.
