الحراك الاجتماعي وإشكالية الإعلام الجديد

Résumé: الإعلام الجديد بنظمه المتعددة، ينظر إليه على أنه الوجه الحقيقي للتطور الاجتماعي والثقافي والسياسي للمجتمع، أي لا يمكن فصل الإعلام بوسائله عن الوظيفة الحضارية للمجتمع الحديث. إنّ الوظيفة الحضارية للإعلام الجديد تنعكس من خلال ما يقدمه من المعلومات الموضوعية والحقيقية التي ترتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً بأهداف المجتمع ومشكلاته وقضاياه، بهدف توجيه وتكوين رأي عام مستنير لمواجهة تلك القضايا والتحاور حولها لإيجاد أنسب الحلول الموضوعية، فهو يرتبط بالجانب السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي للدولة الحديثة، وفقاً للأحداث الوطنية والدولية. Abstract : The new media, with its multiple systems, is seen as the true face of the social, cultural and political development of society, meaning that the media cannot be separated by its means from the civilized function of modern society. The civilized function of the new media is reflected through what it provides of objective and real information that is closely related to the goals of society, its problems and issues, with the aim of guiding and forming an informed public opinion to confront these issues and negotiate about them to find the most appropriate objective solutions, as it is linked to the political, economic and social aspect of the modern state, according to the events national and international.
