Etude D’un Système De Télésurveillance En Utilisant La Fttx Application: Hôpital Ophtalmologique Amitié Algérie - Cuba -

Résumé: Abstract This end-of-studies project presents, first of all, a general study on the optical transmission network, the composition of a fiber link: transmission module, reception module and the link between the two. Also, FTTx technology that represents one of the best access technics. In a second step, the project deals with the convergences of the networks towards the IP world. The appearance of the latter facilitates the processing and transport of data from one point to another. Currently, video can also be transported over the IP protocol. IP video has been integrated into different areas such as television broadcasting, teleconferencing and especially remote monitoring. The aim of this project is to implement a video surveillance system based on IP, using fiber optics as a support for transmission and improvement of the network of the ophthalmological hospital of Cuba. RESUME Ce projet de fin d’études présente dans un premier temps une étude générale sur le vidéosurveillance et réseaux FTTX ,Aussi, la technologie FTTX qui représente l’une des meilleures techniques d’accès. Dans un deuxième temps, le projet traite les convergences des réseaux vers le monde IP. L’apparition de ce dernier facilite le traitement et le transport des données d’un point à un autre. Actuellement, la vidéo peut aussi être transporté sur le protocole IP. La vidéo sur IP a été intégrés dans les différents domaines tels que la télédiffusion, téléconférence et spécialement la télésurveillance. Le but de ce projet est de mettre en service un système de vidéosurveillance se basant le IP, utilisant la fibre optique comme support de transmission et d'amélioration du réseau de l'hôpital ophtalmologique de Cuba. ملخص یقدم مشروع نھایة الدراسات، أولاً وقبل كل شيء، دراسة عامة عن شبكة النقل البصریة، وتركیبة الرابطة: وحدة إحدى أفضل تقنیات الاتصال. في الخطوة الثانیة، یتعامل FTTx الإرسال، وحدة الاستقبال والوصلة بین الاثنین .كما تمثل تقنیة وظھور ھذا الأخیر سھل معالجة ونقل البیانات من نقطة إلى أخرى .حالیا، یمكن نقل .IP المشروع مع تقارب الشبكات نحو عالم في مجالات مختلفة مثل البث التلفزیوني، والمؤتمرات عن بعد وخاصة المراقبة IP تم دمج الفیدیو . IP الفیدیو عبر بروتوكول باستخدام الألیاف ، IP عن بعد .الھدف من ھذا المشروع ھو وضع نظام للمراقبة بالفیدیو عن بعد یعتمد على بروتوكول الإنترنت الضوئیة كوسیط إرسال وتحسین شبكة المراقبة في مستشفى طب العیون صداقة الجزائر- كوبا-
