Corporate Social Responsibility Concept And Its Application Extend In The Algerian Economic Corporates

Résumé: reciprocal interest and interaction, and because corporates take all their needs and resources from society, thatimposes them in oppositeto take uponthemselves a social responsibility represented in protectingits milieu and contributing in its development on the different dimensions: community, human resources, consumer, and environmentprotection.We have taken the Algerian economic corporates as an example to study this subject. ملخص: تتمتع المؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة المواطنة التي تعطيها الحق في استغلال كافة الموارد المتاحة في محيطها، الأمر الذي يحتم عليها أخلاقيا في مقابل ذلك حماية هذا المحيط والمساهمة في تنميته، وهذا ما يسمى "المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات"، والتي تتفرع عبر أربعة مجالات: العلاقة مع المجتمع، الموارد البشرية، المستهلك، حماية البيئة. لقد تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية للوقوف على وضع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات في الجزائر.
