Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن القيادة المدرسية للتنمية المستدامة وعالقتها بالذكاء اإلجتماعي لدى المديرين من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط لدى عينة من )07 )أستاذ وأستاذة بالتعليم المتوسط، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت الطالبة استبيان القيادة المدرسية للتنمية المستدامة من تصميم الطالبة، ومقياس الذكاء االجتماعي ألبو هاشم )8772 )وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية المتمثلة في الصدق والثبات ثم معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها احصائيا باإلعتماد على برنامج SPSS20 ،تم تحليل النتائج توصلت هذه الدراسة الى النتائج التالية׃ 2 -توجد عالقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين القيادة المدرسية للتنمية المستدامة والذكاء االجتماعي لدى المديرين من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. 0 -مستوى الذكاء االجتماعي لدى المديرين من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط هو مستوى متوسط. 3 -درجة فعالية القيادة المدرسية للتنمية المستدامة لدى المديرين من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط درجة متوسطة. 4 -ال توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية بالنسبة للذكاء االجتماعي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية لدى المدريين من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. الكلمات المفتاحية׃ القيادة المدرسية، الذكاء اإلجتماعي، التنمية المستدامة. د Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal school leadership and its relationship to social intelligence among principals from the point of view of middle education teachers among a sample of 70 male and female teachers in middle education using the descriptive approach, and stability and the n processing the date obtained statistically by relying on the spss program and after analyzing the results, this study reached the following results: 1-There is a positive statistically significant correlation between school leadership for sustainable development and social intelligence among teachers from the point of view of middle education teachers. 8-the level of social intelligence among managers from the point of view of teachers of middle education is a medium degree. 3-the degree of effectiveness of school leadership for principals from the point of view of teachers of middle education is a medium degree 4-there are no statistically significant differences in relation to social intelligence due to the variable of professional experience from the point of view of teachers of middle education.
