Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة العقد الذكي في تعزيز التجارة الدولية وكيفية التعاملات بالعقود الذكية من اجل نجاحها، وذك باستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وقد قما بدراسة تجارب دولية لكل من الصين وكوريا الجنوبية ومن ثم قمنا بدراسة مقارنة بين الدولتين وقد اصفرت الدراسة الى النتائج من بينها: ان تبيي الية العقد الذكي تعمل على تسهيل العمليات التجارة الدولية. "The study aimed to know the extent to which the smart contract contributes to enhancing international trade and how to deal with smart contracts for their success, using the descriptive analytical approach. We studied the international experiences of China and South Korea, and then we conducted a comparative study between the two countries, and the study concluded the results, including : The smart contract mechanism works to facilitate international trade operations.
