Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأدوات والوسائل التي أتاحتها لتسهيل انسياب وتدفق المعلومات من أجهزة وبرمجيات، كما تتناول الأرشفة الإلكترونية وماهيتها ومتطلباتها، والآليات التي توفرها تكنولوجيات المعلومات للتحول إلى الأرشفة الإلكترونية، ومختلف التأثيرات التي أتاحتها من وسائل وأجهزة وبرمجيات لضمان خزن واسترجاع الوثائق والمخطوطات والمستندات بأكثر كفاءة وفعالية. Abstract This study aims to identify information technology and the tools and means that have made it possible to facilitate the flow and flow of information from hardware and software, as well as dealing with electronic archiving, what it is and its requirements, the mechanisms provided by information technologies to convert to electronic archiving, and the various effects that have been made available by means, devices and software to ensure the storage and retrieval of documents and manuscripts.
