الهيكل التنظيمي وأثره في الابداع الاداري دراسة تطبيقية على المركب المنجمي للفوسفات بجبل العنق Organizational Structure And Its Effect On Administrative Creativity An Applied Study On The Mine Complex Of Phosphates In Djebel Onk

Résumé: الابداع الاداري من المتغيرات الهامة التي تتأثر بنوع الهيكل التنظيمي ومرونته. وقد تم تناول هذين المتغيرين في هذه الدراسة باعتبارهما من المواضيع المتجدد والمثيرة للجدل، خاصة الابداع الاداري كمتغير تابع، في المؤسسة الجزائرية وحاجتها المستمرة للبحث فيه وتأثيراته. وهذه الدراسة مساهمة إضافية هدفت إلى التعرف على نوع الهيكل التنظيمي وتأثيره في الابداع الاداري في المؤسسة الجزائرية من خلال المركب المنجمي للفوسفات بجبل العنق، تم فيها استخدام المنهج الوصفي، مستعينا في ذلك بالاستبانة، حيث كانت العينة المستجوبة متمثلة في 200 عامل، استخدم في تحليلها الادوات الاحصائية المناسبة من خلال برنامج spss. وأظهرت الدراسة أن الهيكل التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة جامد، كما بينت أن مستوى الابداع الاداري للعينة المستجوبة متوسط، واوضحت ايضا أنه توجد علاقة قوية بين الابداع الاداري للعاملين والهيكل التنظيمي في المركب المنجمي Abstract: Administrative Creativity is one of the important variables that are affected by the type and flexibility of the organizational structure. And these two variables were addressed in this study as one of the renewed and controversial topics, especially Administrative Creativity as a dependent variable, in the Algerian institution and its constant need to research it and its effects. This study is an additional contribution aimed at identifying the type of organizational structure and its impact on administrative creativity in the Algerian institution through The Mine Complex Of Phosphates In Djebel Onk, in which the descriptive approach, was used with the help of that in the questionnaire, where the questioned sample was 200 workers, in which analysis was used in the statistical tools The occasion is through the SPSS program. And the study showed that the organizational structure in the Complex under study is rigid, And it also showed that the level of administrative creativity of the respondent sample is average, And also indicated that there is a strong relationship between the administrative creativity of workers and the organizational structure in the The Mine Complex
