Résumé: الدفتر العقاري مرتبط ارتباطا وثيق بعملية المسح العام للأراضي لأنه موضوع على أساس البطاقات العقارية المنشأة بعد إحداث عملية المسح ،وهو بذلك السند القوي في إثبات الملكية العقارية ويهدف هذه المقال إلى دراسة الدفتر العقاري من حيث أهميته والمنازعات التي قد تنشا بشأنه والآثار المترتبة عن ذلك .
