مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين العملية الاتصالية للمنشات الرياضية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين العملية الاتصالية للمنشات الرياضية، أما بالنسبة لوسائل جمع المعلومات اعتمدنا على الاستبيان ونظرا لاقتصار عينتنا على المستخدمين لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في ديوان المركب الرياضي إمام الياس لولاية المدية ذكورا و إناثا، فقد شملت عينة بحثنا 35 مفردة، حيث تم اختيار العينة القصدية وتمثلت الوسائل الإحصائية في النسبة المئوية والتكرارات وبعد تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها تم الخروج بمجموعة من النتائج وهذه الأخيرة تؤكد أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال قد ساهمت في تحسين الاتصال الداخلي من خلال سهولة الاتصال بين الموظفين، سرعة تداول المعلومة، وفعلت الاتصال الخارجي من خلال ربط المؤسسة بالجمهور الخارجي، وعليه رفع مستوى الأداء بصفة عامة من خلال تحسين العملية الاتصالية للمنشآت الرياضية. Abstract : The present study aims to highlight the contribution of information and communication technologies in improving the communication process of sports facilities. As for the means of data collection, we relied on the questionnaire, and gave our sample limited to users of information and communication technologies at the office of the sports boat Imam Elias for the state of Medea, men and women, our sample included 35 singles, When the intentional sample was chosen and the statistical means were represented in the percentage and iterations and after analysis and interpretation of the results, a set of results was produced and this confirms that information and communication technologies have helped to improve communication To facilitate the internal way of communication between staff, the circulation of information speed, and made external communication by connecting the public institution exterior, , it must raise the level of performance in general by improving the process of communication of facilities sports Keywords: - Information and communication technologies - Communication process – Sports facilities
