قطاع السياحة في الجزائر ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة: دراسة تحليلية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إبراز دور السياحة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة قمنا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتحديد مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالسياحة والتنمية المستدامة والعلاقة بينهما، واستخدام المنهج التحليلي لتحليل مختلف الاحصائيات الصادرة عن وزارة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية خلال الفترة (2010-2020). توصلت الدراسة الى أن أداء القطاع السياحي في الجزائر يعتبر ضعيف ولا يساهم بدرجة كبيرة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة رغم الموارد السياحية التي تملكها الجزائر، ما يستدعي من الدولة اتخاذ استراتيجيات هادفة وبذل المزيد من الجهود في سبيل النهوض بهذا القطاع ومجاراة دول العالم الأخرى وبالتالي تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وبيئية. This study aims to highlight the role of tourism in achieving sustainable development in Algeria, and to answer the problem of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach to identify the various concepts related to tourism and sustainable development and the relationship between them, and the use of the analytical approach to analyze the various statistics issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts during the period (2010- 2020). and the study concluded that the performance of the tourism sector in Algeria is considered weak and does not contribute significantly to achieving the goals of sustainable development despite the tourism resources that Algeria possesses, which requires the state to take targeted strategies and make more efforts in order to advance this sector and keep pace with other countries of the world. Thus achieving economic, social and environmental development.
