تقييم الأداء البيئي باستخدام البعد الخامس لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن المستدام دراسة حالة مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات ــ بئر العاتر ــ تبسة.

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة إمكانية تقييم الأداء البيئي باستخدام البعد الخامس لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن المستدام في المؤسسة الوطنية للمناجم والفوسفات- بئر العاتر- تبسة –، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها؛ امكانية اعتماد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن المستدام لتقييم الأداء البيئي في مؤسسة المناجم والفوسفات –بئر العاتر- تبسة وذلك باعتماد البعد الخامس يعتبر مقبول وذلك لايجابياته في العملية التقييمية. The study aims to know the possibility of evaluating environmental performance using the fifth dimension of the sustainable balanced scorecard in the National Corporation for Mines and Phosphates - Bir El Ater - Tebessa -, where the descriptive analytical approach was relied. The study reached several results, the most important of which are; The possibility of adopting the sustainable balanced scorecard to assess the environmental performance in the Mines and Phosphate Corporation - Bir El Ater - Tebessa by adopting the fifth dimension is considered acceptable due to its positive aspects in the evaluation process.
