دور الشركات الناشئة في النهوض بالاقتصاد الجزائري دراسة عينة من المؤسسات الناشئة بولاية الجزائر العاصمة

Résumé: تعد ريادة الاعمال او المقولاتية احد الميادين التي تعتمد بشكل كبير على الابتكار الذي يعتبر بدوره عملية معقدة تخضع لمعايير تنتمي لتخصصات متعددة، وتعتبر الشركات الناشئة احد القنوات، التي تعتمد عليها اقتصادات الدول المتقدمة والدول النامية، لتقوم بعملية اطلاق الدورة الاقتصادية بإنشاء أساليب جديدة مبتكرة تستطيع ان تلج السوق بصورة سريعة وباقل تكلفة . ان حاجة الجزائر لخلق و دعم المؤسسات الناشئة بات اكثر من ضروري نظرا للتطورات الاقتصادية السياسية و الاجتماعية التي تحدث على المستوى الوطني و الخارجي و بالتالي تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على اهمية هذا النموذج في ريادة الاعمال و تبيان دوره في خلق الثروة و تحقيق معدل نمو قادر على الإقلاع الاقتصادي كما تعرج على القوانين الجديدة التي من شأنها ان تسهل اندماج هذه المؤسسات في الاقتصاد الوطني. Entrepreneurship is one of the fields that depend heavily on innovation, it’s is a complex process that depends on multiple disciplines, startups companies are one of the channels on which, the economies of developed and developing countries, rely on to launch the economic business cycle by creating innovative new methods which facilitate the penetration of the market quickly and at low costs. .Algeria's need to create and support startups has become more than necessary due to the economic, political and social developments taking place at the national and international levels. Therefore, this research paper aims to shed light on the importance of this model in entrepreneurship and to clarify its role in creating wealth and achieving a growth rate capable of economic take-off, as well as analtsing the new laws that would facilitate the integration of these organisations into the national economy.
