Résumé: دراستنا لتطوير السياق الإرجاعي في اضطراب الضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدى مرضى السرطان وعلاقته بالتفاؤل، هي دراسة تتناول موضوع يلقي الضوء على جوانب بات من الضروري أن يعود إليها المختصون المهنيون منهم والباحثون. والمتمثلة أساسا في تجاوز الصدمة عند المصاب بالسرطان بدل من التركيز فقط على الجانب المرضي. وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على حالتين (02) مصابتين بالسرطان، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة بين السياق الإرجاعي في تجاوز الصدمة لدى المصاب بالسرطان وشعوره بالتفاؤل. Our study to develop the retrospective context in post-traumatic stress disorder in cancer patients and its relationship to optimism is a study that deals with a topic that sheds light on aspects that have become necessary for professional specialists and researchers to return to. It basically involves overcoming the shock of the cancer patient instead of focusing only on the pathological aspect. This study was conducted on two (02) cases with cancer. The results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between the regressive context in overcoming the trauma of the cancer patient and his sense of optimism.
