هيئات المرافقة الجامعية وأهميتها في نشر الفكر المقاولاتي وخلق المــؤسسات الناشئة، دار المقاولاتية وحاضنة جامعة بشار نموذجا

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على دَور هيئات المرافقة الجامعية، في تنمية روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، وذلك بالاستعانة بدُور المقاولاتية وحاضنات الأعمال المنتشرة عبر معظم الجامعات الجزائرية. باعتبار دار المقاولاتية لبنة أساسية، تساهم في نشر الفكر المقاولاتي، بالمرافقة والدعم، لإنشاء مشاريع ومؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة. وعلاوة على ذلك، تعد حاضنات الأعمال فضاءً داعمًا لتجسيد أفكار الطلبة، وتحويلها إلى مؤسسات ناشئة قائمة؛ ترتكز على الإبداع والابتكار، وتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، هذه الأخيرة تساعدها في النمو بمعدلات متسارعة، مستفيدة من الآليات الجديدة التي جاء بها القرار الوزاري 1275، الذي أنشئت بموجبه لجنة وطنية تنسيقية لمتابعة الابتكار وحاضنات الأعمال الجامعية و تنفيذ آلياتها. Through this research paper, our aim is to explore the role of university support institutions in fostering entrepreneurship spirit among university students, by leveraging the role of entrepreneurship and business incubators spread across most Algerian universities. Considering entrepreneurship centers as fundamental building blocks, they contribute to spreading entrepreneurial thinking through mentoring and support, facilitating the establishment of small and medium-sized projects and entreprises. Additionally, business incubators serve as supportive spaces for materializing students’ideas and transforming them into viable startup ventures, based on creativity, innovation, and information and communication technology. These elements assist in rapid growth, benefiting from the new mechanisms introduced by Ministerial Decision 1275, which established a national coordinating committee for innovation monitoring, university business incubators, and the implementation of its mechanisms.
