تأثير أسعار البترول على المستوى العام للأسعار دراسة حـــــــالة الجزائر خلال الفترة (1983-2015

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وجود وطبيعة العلاقة بين أسعار البترول والمستوى العام للأسعار في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1983-2015) وتحليلها، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج التاريخي من أجل استحداث الظواهر التاريخية بالإضافة الى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل وصف وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية وبإستخدام التقنيات المستخدمة في تحليل السلاسل الزمنية حيث تطرقنا الى اختبار التكامل المتزامن ونموذج(VAR) للكشف عن العلاقة التوازنية بين متغيرات الدراسة. توصلتالدراسة الى أن أسعار البترول والمستوى العام للأسعار لهما علاقة توازنية في المدى القصير، حيث تبينا لنا أن المستوى العام للأسعار يفسر نفسه بفترتين سابقتين وأسعار البترول له علاقة بالمستوى العام للأسعار بفترة واحدة السابقة. The objective of this study is to determine the nature of the relationship between oil prices and the general price level in Algeria during the period (1983-2015) and its analysis. The historical approach to the development of historical phenomena as well as the descriptive analytical approach for describing and analyzing statistical data, Time series analysis where we discussed the simultaneous integration test and the VAR model to detect the equilibrium relationship between the variables of the study The study concluded that oil prices and the general price level have a balanced relationship in the short term, as it showed us that the general price level explains itself in two previous periods and oil prices have to do with the general price level in the previous period
