تمكين العاملين كمدخل لتحسين جودة الخدمات الفندقية. دراسة حالة المركب السياحي لحمام ريغة ( فندق زكار والقرية السياحية ريغة)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تمكين العاملين في تحسين جودة الخدمات الفندقية في المركب السياحي لحمام ريغة بفرعيه فندق زكار والقرية السياحية ريغة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم تصميم استبيانين لجمع البيانات فيما يتعلق بمتغيرات الدراسة ، يتمثل المتغير الأول (المتغير المستقل) في التمكين ويضم ثلاثة أبعاد،وقد تم توزيعه على موظفي المركب السياحي لتحديد مستوى تمكين العاملين، أما المتغير الثاني (المتغير التابع) فيتمثل في جودة الخدمات الفندقية ويضم خمسة أبعاد ، وقد تم تطبيقه على عينة عشوائية من زبائن المركب. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباط ايجابية بين تمكين العاملين وجودة الخدمات الفندقية ، كما أن هناك تأثير ايجابي لأبعاد التمكين مجتمعة على تحسين جودة الخدمات الفندقية المقدمة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aims to find out the role of employee empowerment in improving the quality of hotel services in the tourist complex of Hammam Righa in its two branches: Zakkar Hotel and Righa Tourist Village. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, two questionnaires were designed to collect data regarding study variables, the first variable (independent variable) is employee empowerment which composes of two dimensions, we applied this questionnaire on the employees of the tourist complex to determine the level of employee empowerment, the second variable(dependent variable) is the quality of hotel services, which includes five dimensions, it was applied on the customers of the complex. The study found that there is a positive correlation between employee empowerment and quality of hotel services. Furthermore, the dimensions of employee empowerment are positively affecting the quality of hotel services provided in the studied institution
