أثـر المناخ التنظيمي على الاستغراق الوظيفي دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية لصحة الجوارية بالحجيرة - ولاية توقرت
Résumé: This study aimed to find out the impact of the organizational climate on job exhaustion among workers in the Public Institution for Jawiya Health in Al-Hdjaira, Tougart state. Statistical package for social sciences (spss) version 19 based on arithmetic means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and linear regression analysis. Where the study reached many results: the presence of an acceptable level of dimensions of the organizational climate, as well as the presence of a good level of job involvement of workers among the study sample, and that there is a weak direct relationship between the organizational climate and the job involvement of employees from the point of view of the study sample at a rate of (18.9%). The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample about the job involvement of workers due to the personal variables (sex, job, age, academic qualification, seniority).
