حدود الحماية القانونية الدولية للحق في الحياة الخاصة

Résumé: الملخص: يعد موضوع الحق في الحياة الخاصة أو ما يسمى أيضا الحق في الخصوصية و حمايته، أحد أهم موضوعات حقوق الإنسان الذي حظي باهتمام بالغ على المستوى الداخلي و الدولي على حد سواء، خاصة في العصر الرقمي الحديث الذي عرف و لا زال تطورا كبيرا في مجال استخدام وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال و الرقمنة. و أصبح هذا التطور التكنولوجي في المعلوماتية يشكل تهديدا حقيقيا على حرمة الحياة الخاصة نظرا لسهولة و سرعة الكشف عن خصوصية الفرد و أسرار أسرته و مراسلاته و المساس بشرفه و سمعته و اعتراض و جمع معطياته الشخصية بطرق غير قانونية Abstract: The issue of the right to private life or as it is also called the right to privacy and its protection is one of the most important human rights issues that have received great attention both at the internal and international levels, especially in the modern digital age, which has known and still knows a great development in the field of using the means of information and communication technology and digitization. And this technological development in informatics has become a real threat to the sanctity of private life due to the ease and speed of revealing the privacy of the individual, his family's secrets and correspondence, compromising his honor and reputation, and intercepting and collecting his personal data with illegal ways.
