Etude Et Conception D’un Piston De Moteurs Diesel Caterpillar 3512 Utilisant Logiciel Solidworks Simulation
Résumé: This study deals with the stress analysis in the internal combustion engine under the highest pressure applied to the piston. The main objective of this work is a simulation of the piston using three types of materials and determines the loads applied on the piston head of the Caterpillar 3512 diesel internal combustion engine. The Caterpillar 3512 engine is a 12-piston diesel engine, supercharged by two turbochargers, whose injection is done directly into the cylinder. We have implemented finite elements which are numerically analyzed using Solidworks software, kinematic and dynamic study of the connecting rod-crank system.
