دور وسائل الإعلام والاتصال في نشر الوعي القانوني المروري في الجزائر

Résumé: تضطلع وسائل الإعلام والاتصال، على تنوّع قطاعاتها وتعدّد توجّهاتها، بممارسة العديد من الأدوار المجتمعية؛ التي تستهدف من خلالها مختلف شرائح المجتمع من جمهور المتلقّين بالإشباع والتأثير والتوجيه، ويعتبر تكوين الوعي المجتمعي الإيجابي أحد الأهداف التي تتطلّع وسائل الإعلام والاتصال إلى رعايتها وتعزيزها وتكريسها في مجالات مختلفة. من خلال هذا المقالة نحاول تسليط الضوء على جانبٍ من الأدوار التي تضطلع بها وسائل الإعلام والاتصال عموما، في إطار نشر الوعي المجتمعي في ميدان ومجال مجتمعي مهم، هو عنوان الانتظام والتنظيم، وهو نشر وتعميم الوعي بأهمية احترام وتطبيق والتزام العمل بالتشريع الناظم لسير الحركة المرورية، أو ما يصطلح على تسميته: "الوعي القانوني المروري".
