Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور البحث والتطوير والإبداع التكنولوجي في تعزيز وتنمية القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة، من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة (ENICAB) وهذا بالتعرف على مدى تأثير الاستثمارات في البحث والتطوير و الإبداع التكنولوجي في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية من خلال تحسين الإنتاجية وتحقيق منتوج متميز .وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن البحث والتطوير عامل حاسم في دفع عجلة القدرة التنافسية، كما أشارت الدراسة إلى التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسة مثل الحاجة إلى التمويل وتطوير الكفاءات البشرية لضمان تحقيق مركز تنافسي للمؤسسة. This study aims to analyze the role of research, development, and technological innovation in enhancing and strengthening an institution’s competitiveness through a case study of ENICAB. It examines the impact of investments in research, development, and technological innovation on improving competitiveness by increasing productivity and achieving a high-quality product. The study concluded that research and development are critical drivers of competitiveness. It also highlighted the challenges faced by the institution, such as the need for funding and the development of human competencies to ensure a sustainable competitive position.
