دور رأس المال الفكري في إحداث التطوير التنظيمي في المؤسسة -دراسة حالة- شركة كهرباء وطاقات متجددة -غرداية-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة رأس المال الفكري في تعزيز التطوير التنظيمي في المؤسسة وقد اخترنا لدراسة الحالة شركة sktm ، ودراسة طبيعة العلاقة بينهما ، وقد طبق هذه الدراسة على 51 عينة من العاملين في الشركة باعتبارهم موردا بشريا قادرا على تحقيق التطوير في الشركة ، من أجل تحسين فعاليتها في حل مشاكلها وتحقيق أهدافها ، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي ، حيث تمت معالجة الدراسة عن طريق استخدام استبيان تم تصميمه من مراجعات سابقة في الموضوع حيث اعتمدنا عينة عشوائية ، وقد تم الإعتماد في التحليل على بعض الطرق الإحصائية ، والبرنامج الإحصائي 24spss بالإضافة لبرنامج معالج الجداول Excel ، وقد تمثلت أهم النتائج في وجود علاقة إيجابية بين مكونات رأس المال الفكري والتطوير التنظيمي ، وفي الأخير تم تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات الهادفة لضرورة ادراك الدور الذي يلعبه رأس المال الفكري والحرص على المحافظة عليهThe study aims at identifying the contribution of intellectual capital to the promotion of organizational development in the institution. We chose to study the case of sktm company and study the nature of the relationship between them . This study was applied to51 the employees of the company as a human resource capable of achieving development in the company. Solving the problems and achieving their objectives, and we relied on the descriptive approach, where the study was addressed by using a questionnaire designed from previous reviews in the subject, where we adopted a random sample, The analysis was based on some statistical methods, statistical program 24sps and the Excel spreadsheet program. The most important results were positive relationship between intellectual capital components and organizational development. Finally, a number of suggestions were made to recognize the role played by Ras Intellectual money and careful to maintain it .
