Résumé: خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم المفاهيم المرتبطة الرقمنة وجودة الخدمة العمومية وبيان دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية من خلال دراسة دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين معايير تحسين الأداء العمومية، إذ يكتسب موضوع الدراسة أهمية بالغة كون الانتقال من النمط I الإداري التقليدي الإداري إلى النمط الإداري الإلكتروني يحقق العديد من المزايا سواء للإدارة أو للمواطن، حيث يفرض علينا موضوع الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي بهدف الوصول إلى معرفة دقيقة العناصر الإشكالية، وإظهار مختلف الجوانب النظرية للموضوع للوصول إلى نتائج علمية بطريقة موضوعية. ولقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة بضرورة وأهمية التحول نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية إذ يوفر هذا النموذج فرص كبيرة لتحسين الخدمات العمومية من خلال السرعة في الإنجاز، الوضوح والدقة، اختصار الوقت والإجراءات مما يحقق رضا المواطن وتحسين العلاقة بينه وبين الإدارة. فموضوع الإدارة الرقمية وعلاقته بالخدمة العمومية يكتسي أهمية بالغة، انطلاقا من كون التحول نحو الخدمة العمومية الإلكترونية هو أساس تحسين الخدمات I finished This study aims to highlight the most important concepts associated withDigitization The quality of the public service and the statement of the role of e-management in improving the quality of public service by studying the role of e-management in improving the standards of improving public service, as the subject of the study acquires great importance because the transition from the traditional administrative administrative style to the electronic administrative style achieves many advantages, both for the administration and for the citizen, where the subject of the study requires us to use the descriptive and analytical method in order to reach an accurate knowledge of the problematic elements, and to show the various theoretical aspects of the topic to reach scientific results in an objective way.
